10 Indian-Origin Leaders Making Waves at Global Tech Giants

Procter & Gamble Co. has announced the appointment of Shailesh Jejurikar as its next CEO, effective January 1, 2026. This move adds Jejurikar to the growing list of Indian-origin leaders heading global companies, including Sundar Pichai of Google, Satya Nadella of Microsoft, and Neal Mohan of YouTube.

Jejurikar began his career with P&G in 1989 as an assistant brand manager in the Personal Health Care division in India. Over the years, he has steadily risen through the ranks, becoming a key player in the company’s global leadership. He was named Chief Operating Officer in October 2021 and will now take over from Jon Moeller as CEO.
