91Springboard, a prominent player in the coworking industry, has announced the opening of six new centers in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Pune. This expansion adds 3,600 new desks to its portfolio, significantly boosting its presence in these key cities. The company now offers a total of 30,000 desks across more than 1.5 million square feet of space in India.

New Delhi, Jun 4 (PTI) - 91Springboard has set up these new centers to meet the growing demand for flexible office space among corporates, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and mid- to large-sized enterprises. The expansion includes over 1.7 lakh square feet of additional area, distributed across six new hubs in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Pune.

These new hubs are not just office spaces; they are dynamic ecosystems designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and growth. As companies expand their footprint across India, 91Springboard is delivering flexible, intuitive workspaces that feel like home but function like a powerhouse.

91Springboard currently operates 40 centers across eight cities in India, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Noida, Pune, and Goa. This strategic expansion is in line with the growing trend of flexible workspaces, which is expected to account for a significant portion of the office market in the coming years.

According to real estate consultant Vestian, flexible space operators are projected to have a portfolio of more than 100 million square feet by the end of 2026, representing 20% of the pan-India office stock. This projection underscores the increasing importance of flexible workspaces in the real estate landscape.
