Superstar and Sitaare Zameen Par actor Aamir Khan recently leased out four luxury apartments in Mumbai’s posh Bandra area on rent, for Rs 24.5 lakh per month. This is because his long-time house in the Virgo Housing Society at Pali Hill is currently undergoing redevelopment and renovation. As per Hindustan Times, the 59-year-old actor has signed a five-year lease starting May 2025 and running until May 2030.

Aamir Khan’s newly rented flats are situated close to Shah Rukh Khan’s temporary house. This brings two of Bollywood’s biggest names in the same neighbourhood. Sea-facing duplex in Mumbai

Aamir Khan owns a sprawling 5,000 sq ft sea-facing duplex in Pali Hill. The property, which houses both his private living quarters and workspace, is estimated at Rs 60 crore, according to ET Now. Aamir has been living in the home for many years, enjoying the panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. With the redevelopment underway, the actor has now moved to a high-end rented residence.

Apartments in Bella Vista and Marina Apartments, Bandra

Khan owns multiple properties and units in these two adjoining buildings in the Pali Hill area. In June 2024, he purchased a 1,027 sq ft flat in Bella Vista for Rs 9.75 crore, paying Rs 58.5 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees, according to Housing.com. Over time, he has acquired 10 of the combined 24 apartments in Bella Vista and Marina Apartments. Both buildings are now under redevelopment, a move expected to significantly increase their market value.

Nestled in the hills of Maharashtra, Khan’s Panchgani retreat spans across two acres and reportedly cost Rs 7 crore when purchased in 2013, according to Housing.com. The property features a main villa surrounded by greenery, becoming a serene escape from city life.

In 2019, Aamir Khan and his former wife Kiran Rao jointly invested Rs 35 crore in four office units in Prime Plaza, a sought-after commercial complex in Santacruz West.
