A graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, Mukerji has over 18 years of extensive experience in real estate matters, ranging from diligence, structuring to documentation and other allied legal services pertaining to real property. Additionally, she has expertise in estate and succession planning.

Mukerji has advised on high-value acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment of prime properties across Mumbai, Pune, Thane, and beyond. She has conducted complex title due diligences, structured transactions under MOFA and RERA, and advised developers, multinational companies, funds, and asset managers on acquisitions, disinvestments, and large-scale leases. Her key mandates include landmark deals at Carmichael Road, Malabar Hill, and Bhiwandi, along with estate planning, family settlements, and trust formations, making her expertise both diverse and deeply specialized.

Prior to joining AQUILAW, Mukerji was with Desai & Diwanji for 15 years, where she built a strong reputation for her expertise and client-centric approach.
