Arbaaz Khan has quietly made another significant move — this time not on screen, but in Mumbai’s ever-evolving property market. The actor-producer has purchased a premium apartment in Jogeshwari West for Rs 2.78 crore, adding a new address to his real estate portfolio.
According to property registration documents accessed via Zapkey, the deal was officially registered on February 17, 2026. As reported by Hindustan Times, the apartment is located in the Autograph Residency project on Link Road — an area that has steadily transformed into one of Mumbai’s promising residential pockets.
The new home sits on the 27th floor and offers a RERA carpet area of 1,243 square feet. With a reported rate of over Rs 22,000 per square foot, the purchase reflects the premium positioning of the project. The property also comes with two dedicated parking spaces — a practical and valuable addition in a city where space is always at a premium.
Arbaaz Khan reportedly paid over Rs 16 lakh in stamp duty along with Rs 30,000 in registration charges to formalise the transaction. The apartment has been acquired directly from Mutistar Builders LLP, and the project is currently under construction, with possession expected in December 2030. For Arbaaz Khan, this appears to be a long-term investment decision rather than an immediate move-in plan.
