According to a report by Magicbricks, Goa is currently the fastest-growing real estate destination in the country, witnessing an annual price increase of around 66.3%. In comparison, property prices in Gurugram have risen by 67% in the last two years. But what makes Assagao stand out is the limited availability of homes amidst soaring demand, turning it into a golden opportunity for investors.
Its prime location near some of Goa’s most stunning beaches and its calm atmosphere have made Assagao particularly appealing. Rajesh Jain, Director at Conscient Infrastructure, remarks, “It’s no surprise that Assagao is now the most sought-after destination for luxury villas. Urban professionals, creatives, and young entrepreneurs are no longer just looking for short breaks; they want a beautiful, peaceful, and private life, and Assagao gives them all that.”
A report by Anarock further highlights the rapid growth of Goa’s luxury and ultra-luxury segments. Where once property bookings took weeks or even months, buyers are now making faster decisions. Improved infrastructure, better roads, direct flights, and the remote work trend have made peaceful villages like Assagao even more desirable.
