AU Real Estate Secures Selling Rights for Aspire Leisure Valley 2 from NBCC

NEW DELHI: AU Real Estate has acquired the selling rights for Aspire Leisure Valley, a residential development by NBCC (India), as part of a ₹1,069 crore transaction that also includes Aspire Centurion Park.

Earlier this year, in May 2025, AU Real Estate secured selling rights for Aspire Silicon City for ₹1,467.93 crore. This strategic acquisition further cements AU Real Estate's position in the real estate market, particularly in the Greater Noida region.
