New Delhi: AU Real Estate has secured the selling rights for Aspire Leisure Valley (Phase 2) and Aspire Centurian Park from NBCC (India) Ltd. The combined transaction value stands at Rs 1,069 crore, covering a total of 609 residential units.

Aspire Leisure Valley (Towers 1 & 2) accounts for Rs 696.20 crore across 462 units, while Aspire Centurian Park (Tower 10 and Iconic Tower from the 36th floor and above) represents Rs 373.23 crore across 147 units. AU Real Estate has launched Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida West at an introductory price of Rs 7,979 per sq. ft., reinforcing the company’s customer-centric approach and commitment to aspirational living in a fast-growing micro-market.
