Bengaluru Successfully Hosted the Inaugural Dealclave: A Leadership Forum for Real Estate Innovators
Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], June 16: As Bengaluru's real estate sector continues to evolve, driven by global capital flow, technology-backed business operations, and contemporary ownership models, traditional methods of property investment are becoming less prevalent. On June 15, the city welcomed the premiere edition of Dealclave, a meticulously curated event aimed at initiating conversations to help shape the sector's future.
A brainchild of Himanshu Kumar, Founder and CEO of Leadrat and a seasoned real estate entrepreneur, the first edition of Dealclave brought together the who’s who of the real estate industry, including developers, brokers, investors, PropTech founders, and business leaders. This unique event highlighted the importance of each focus group in contributing to the industry's growth.
The evening’s discussions centered on two crucial themes in the real estate sector: the rise of tokenization and fractional ownership, and Bengaluru's next wave of growth corridors. As investment models are rapidly evolving and ownership in real estate is diversifying, industry leaders are exploring how technology can provide more opportunities for ownership while improving cash flow and transparency. Simultaneously, development is shifting from well-served micro-markets. Areas such as North and Airport Belt, Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and the Tumkur Road-Peripheral Ring Road corridor are witnessing increasing attention from both developers and investors.
