Bishnupriya Narayan Takes the Helm at L&T Realty as Head of Communications

Bishnupriya Narayan has joined L&T Realty as head of communications, effective January 2026. She will be based in Mumbai and will oversee brand management, reputation management, internal communications, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) communications, and executive thought leadership for the real estate arm of Larsen & Toubro.

In her new role, Narayan will play a crucial part in shaping the company’s communication strategy and enhancing its brand presence. L&T Realty, a leading player in the Indian real estate market, is known for its innovative projects and commitment to sustainability.

Prior to joining L&T Realty, Narayan spent nearly four years at Akasa Air, where she served as vice president and head of corporate communications and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). During her tenure, she was a key member of the airline’s leadership team, leading communications around the airline’s launch, international expansion, reputation management, and ESG strategy. Her efforts significantly contributed to the airline’s successful market entry and growth.

Earlier in her career, Narayan worked at Dream Sports as AVP Corporate Communications and PR. She has also held leadership roles at Publicis Groupe’s MSL, where she progressed from group head to vice president. Her diverse experience includes stints at Dentsu Creative Public Relations, Burson, Singapore Tourism Board, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, and Genesis BCW, where she managed corporate communications, brand strategy, and public relations.

L&T Realty’s decision to bring in Narayan reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its communication and brand management capabilities. With her extensive background in communications and public relations, Narayan is well-equipped to drive the company’s strategic initiatives and enhance its market position.
