BNW Developments and Geminox Forge Strategic Partnership for Global Luxury Real Estate
In a landmark decision that underscores India's growing presence in international manufacturing and design, BNW Developments, one of the UAE's leading real estate developers, has announced its strategic partnership with Geminox, a prominent Indian marble company based in Udaipur. Through this partnership, Geminox's natural stones from Udaipur, Rajasthan, will furnish BNW's ultra-luxury developments in the UAE.
This is the latest step that BNW Developments has taken to encourage the 'Make in India, Make for the World' initiative, highlighting India's manufacturing prowess in defining world-class initiatives abroad. Speaking on the collaboration, Ankur Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman of BNW Developments, said, “At BNW, our purpose has been to bring developments that are in sync with the dreams of global investors and high-net-worth clientele. This partnership reflects the shared vision of both our companies to enhance international luxury real estate through the unparalleled quality of Indian marble and the architectural expertise of the UAE. It is our attempt to bolster the ‘Make in India, Make for the World’ vision of the Government of India.”
Emphasising the broader implications of the collaboration, Vivek Anand Oberoi, Founder and Managing Director of BNW Developments, commented, “Through this partnership, BNW Developments is playing its part in the vision of Viksit Bharat. By taking India’s craftsmanship global, we are demonstrating how business can serve as a bridge between nations while also contributing to the larger vision of an advanced and globally strong India. We hope for a long and productive partnership with Geminox.”
Mukul Devpura, Director of Geminox, remarked, “It is a moment of immense pride for us at Geminox to join hands with BNW Developments in bringing the timeless beauty of Indian marble to the world’s most dynamic real estate hub - the UAE. We are deeply grateful for this opportunity. It is more than business, it is a celebration of Make in India, of our heritage travelling across borders, and of the limitless possibilities when tradition meets innovation.”
This alliance also reflects the international ambitions of Indian companies, which are defining global markets through quality, craftsmanship, and design. India currently exports marble, travertine, and alabaster products worth approximately USD 38 million annually to international markets. In 2023, India exported about USD 2.8 million worth of marble and travertine to the UAE, totalling more than 2,000,000 kg. As India and the UAE reaffirm their ambition to double non-oil, non-precious-metal trade to USD 100 billion, they are creating a powerful environment for new collaborations. The partnership between Geminox and BNW is a clear example of this shared vision, showcasing how this association is driving growth for both nations.
