Brigade Group Expands in Hyderabad with ₹850 Crore Residential Project in Kompally
Brigade Group, a Bengaluru-based listed real estate developer, has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a residential project on a 5.6-acre land parcel in Kompally, Hyderabad. The project is anticipated to have an estimated revenue potential of ₹850 crores, highlighting the company's strategic move to tap into the growing demand for high-quality living spaces in North Hyderabad.
According to the company, the proposed residential development will cater to the rising demand for modern, sustainable, and high-quality living spaces in North Hyderabad. Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, expressed the company's commitment to the region, stating, “Hyderabad is a vital growth market for Brigade, and our commitment to expanding our footprint is evident in the consistency of our new projects in the region. Brigade Group plans to deploy around ₹5,000 crore in Hyderabad over the next three to four years. This investment will span across various sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail. The company has already marked its debut in Hyderabad with projects such as Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills, Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar, and Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, a 4 million sqft premium mixed-use development. Additionally, Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar further strengthen the company's presence in the city.
The current acquisition in Kompally comes close on the heels of the previously announced four-acre project in Neopolis, which is currently in an advanced design stage. In April 2026, Brigade Group also acquired a 5.72-acre land parcel in Hyderabad through an auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). The land was acquired at ₹44 crore per acre, excluding registration costs, and is slated to be developed into a premium residential project.
