Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted for Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. (in its capacity as manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT)), HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, which is MLT’s trustee, and the purchasing entity of MLT, in respect of the acquisition of an operating logistic/industrial park in Mumbai. The facility is constructed on land aggregately admeasuring 23.53 acres, situated in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra – 421101, and was acquired from unrelated third parties through the acquisition of an investment holding company and a property holding company.
