DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025: Register for Ready-to-Move Flats in Delhi from August 26

The scheme offers ready-to-move-in flats in some of Delhi’s prime localities, including Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka, and Pitampura, catering to different income groups with HIG (High Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group), LIG (Low Income Group), and EHS (Expandable Housing Scheme) options.
Key dates for registration and the application submission deadline: - Registration and online EMD submission deadline: September 24, 2025, by 6:00 PM - Final application submission deadline: September 26, 2025, by 6:00 PM
Applicants must complete the entire process online, as there are no offline application options available.
Location of DDA flats and pricing: A total of 311 flats spanning HIG, MIG, and LIG categories are on offer in key areas such as Pocket 9B of Jasola and Sectors 16B and 19B in Dwarka. The scheme also includes parking options with 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages across Mall Road and Ashok Vihar.
According to reports, the reserved price ranges for the flats broadly range between: - HIG flats: ₹1.64 crore to ₹2.54 crore - MIG flats: ₹60 lakh to ₹1.5 crore - LIG flats: ₹39 lakh to ₹54 lakh - SFS Category-II flats: ₹90 lakh to ₹1.07 crore - Expandable Housing Scheme (EHS): Around ₹38.7 lakh
Scheme approval and announcement: The Premium Housing Scheme 2025 was approved on July 11 during a DDA meeting chaired by LG VK Saxena. The scheme was officially announced earlier this month on the occasion of Janmashtami via DDA’s social media channels.
