Dua Associates advised Yashwant Singh on the acquisition of a 704.4-square-yard bungalow in Golf Links for ₹100 crores. The team, led by Partner Salil Gulati, along with Partner Sahil Dhawan, Principal Associate Kapil Saxena, and real estate subject expert Narinder Mohan, handled the transaction from start to finish. Their responsibilities included legal due diligence, structuring, drafting, and negotiation of documentation, as well as ensuring a seamless closing. The firm also guided on the necessary clearances and the payment of over ₹8 crores in stamp duty, registration fee, and corporation tax.

This colonial-era property, spread over 3,540 square yards, was sold to Gentex Merchants Pvt. Ltd., a company linked to steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal, for ₹310 crores. Registered as one of the costliest property deals in Delhi in 2025, the transaction required the buyer to pay ₹24.80 crores in stamp duty, registration fee, and corporation tax.

This transaction was led by Partner Salil Gulati, along with Partner Sahil Dhawan, Principal Associate Kapil Saxena, and Narinder Mohan, under the guidance of the late Shashivansh Bahadur.
