Four Seasons Launches Ultra-Luxury Private Residences in Mumbai's Prestigious Worli District

Four Seasons, the global leader in luxury hospitality, has completed construction of its newest branded residential tower—Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai—in collaboration with Indian real estate firm Provenance Land. Located in the heart of the upscale Worli district, the 64-storey tower stands among the tallest branded residences in the world and is already 80 per cent sold.

The low-density tower features only 41 residences, including full-floor three-bedroom homes and five- to six-bedroom duplexes. Each residence has been meticulously designed to deliver urban seclusion with expansive layouts, breathtaking views, and exceptional finishes. Architectural design is by Gensler, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, both globally renowned studios. The homes blend contemporary sophistication with Vastu principles, supporting wellness and prosperity through thoughtful spatial alignment.

The 65th-floor rooftop offers a private cinema and bar with panoramic views of Mumbai’s skyline and coastline.

In addition, homeowners will enjoy privileged access to the adjacent Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, which has recently undergone a major renovation. Signature dining experiences such as AER rooftop bar and Opus restaurant complement the luxurious residential offerings.

This project is part of Four Seasons’ growing residential portfolio, which includes properties in Bengaluru, Dubai, and Florida. The brand is also expanding in the Middle East, with a new beachfront resort and residences at Mina, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, set to begin construction in 2026.
