Godrej Properties Achieves Milestone Sale of Over ₹1000 Crore in Panipat’s Evora Estate
Mumbai-based listed real estate developer, Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), has announced a significant milestone with the sale of plots worth over ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its plotted development project, Evora Estate, located in Sector 40, Panipat, Haryana. The project, which has been a resounding success, has seen the sale of over 600 plots, spanning around 8 lakh square feet of saleable area since its launch in December 2025.
This is GPL's first project in Panipat and marks the company’s most successful-ever plotted development launch by the value of sales achieved. Evora Estate is strategically located on NH 44A and spans 43 acres, featuring a refined Mediterranean theme. The project includes a luxurious clubhouse and premium lifestyle amenities, making it a premium residential plotted development.

Additionally, Godrej Properties had earlier announced the sale of homes worth over ₹2,000 crore in Phase 1 of its Godrej Trilogy project in Worli, Mumbai. The project comprises three towers, and in the initial launch phase, homes on select floors within two of the three towers, with a total opened inventory of approximately ₹3,500 crore, have been brought to market.
