Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has announced the acquisition of a 5-acre land parcel in Hyderabad through an e-auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). The company plans to develop a premium residential project on this site, with a saleable area of approximately 2.5 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue potential of around ₹4,150 crore.

The land parcel, located in Neopolis, Kokapet, is a high-growth real estate destination in Hyderabad. Godrej Properties emerged as the highest bidder in the e-auction, as confirmed by the MSTC Ltd. e-tendering portal. The HMDA will issue the allotment letters following the due process.

Neopolis, Kokapet, has rapidly evolved into one of Hyderabad’s most sought-after residential micro-markets. This is due to its proximity to the Financial District and HITEC City, robust infrastructure expansion, and a thriving ecosystem of global technology companies, international schools, retail avenues, and healthcare facilities. These factors have significantly boosted the area's appeal to homebuyers and investors.

This acquisition builds on Godrej Properties' recent success in Hyderabad. In August 2025, the company acquired an almost 7.825-acre land parcel in Kukatpally. The new project in Neopolis, Kokapet, follows the successful launches of Godrej Madison Avenue in Kokapet and Godrej Regal Pavilion in Rajendra Nagar, further solidifying GPL's presence in the city.

Hyderabad has emerged as one of Godrej Properties’ fastest-growing markets, with sales exceeding ₹2,600 crore in the calendar year 2025. This strong demand underscores the city’s vibrant real estate market and GPL’s strategic focus on the region.
