Gujarat's Real Estate Sector Embraces Global Standards: CM Bhupendra Patel
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, speaking at the 'Change of Guard' ceremony organized by CREDAI Gujarat and CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED, highlighted the government's commitment to listening to the real estate sector's representations and mulling over their suggestions. However, he sternly warned against any violations of regulations.

The Chief Minister also underscored the importance of environmental responsibility, noting that green cover and water harvesting are being integrated into new construction sites. “We want Gujarat’s real estate sector to actively participate in the policy-making process and provide constructive suggestions,” he added.
The event was graced by CREDAI National President Shekhar Patel and Quality Council of India’s (QCI) Jaxay Shah. Professionals from across Gujarat’s real estate sector also attended the ceremony, which included the annual general meeting of CREDAI Gujarat and CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED.
