Hyderabad Real Estate Businessman Brutally Murdered Over Past Enmity

Hyderabad, Dec 8 (PTI) A 46-year-old man, involved in the real estate business, was brutally murdered in Jawaharnagar, a suburb of Hyderabad, on Monday. The murder, which occurred around 8 AM, has left the community in shock and police are currently investigating the incident.

The man, whose identity has not been disclosed, was returning to his house on a scooter after dropping his daughter off at school when the attack took place. According to preliminary investigations, six individuals, who arrived in an auto-rickshaw and a two-wheeler, waylaid him and attacked him with knives and firearms. The attack was so severe that the man died on the spot, and the assailants fled the scene.

Local police have stated that the man had a history of involvement in anti-social activities in another locality, which may have led to the grudges that resulted in his murder. Police are currently verifying CCTV footage and gathering more information to piece together the events leading up to the incident.
