Incuspaze Acquires iKeva: A Strategic Move for Coworking Expansion and Revenue Growth
Incuspaze, a prominent real estate firm, has made a significant move in the coworking and flexible workspace sector by acquiring iKeva. This strategic acquisition is set to expand Incuspaze’s footprint and drive revenue growth in India, a market poised for substantial expansion over the next few years.
Established in 2016, Incuspaze has rapidly grown to become a leading provider of shared office spaces on sub-lease to enterprises. The company currently operates in over fifty locations across 18 cities, with a robust portfolio of more than 4 million square feet. The acquisition of iKeva, which has a strong presence in Hyderabad and Bengaluru, further solidifies Incuspaze’s position in the market.
The acquisition, though the deal value remains undisclosed, is expected to add close to Rs 100 crore to Incuspaze’s annual revenue. This significant boost aligns with the company’s ambitious target of achieving Rs 1,000 crore in revenue by 2028-29. Additionally, the move is a strategic step towards a potential initial public offering (IPO) within the next 24 to 36 months.
Sanjay Choudhary, founder and CEO of Incuspaze, emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition. “This acquisition will expand our regional footprint and drive cost efficiencies and customer experience standardization across all locations,” he stated. Choudhary further noted that multinational corporations are increasingly expanding their India footprint, with global capability centers (GCCs) becoming a key driver of commercial real estate demand.
The acquisition of iKeva, which boasts a 5 lakh square foot portfolio across 18 centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore, not only enhances Incuspaze’s market presence but also strengthens its ability to deliver integrated, multi-city workspace solutions. This move is particularly timely, given the rapid growth of the coworking sector in India. According to real estate consultant Colliers, the total stock of coworking spaces across the top seven cities is expected to surpass 100 million square feet by 2027, up from 72.3 million square feet in 2025.
Over the past 18 months, Incuspaze has actively pursued growth through strategic acquisitions. The company has previously acquired TRIOS and VSKOUT, which have expanded its operational footprint and enhanced its technology and market intelligence capabilities. These acquisitions are part of a broader strategy to position Incuspaze as a leading player in the flexible workspace market, catering to the growing demand for flexible and efficient office solutions.
The coworking sector in India is experiencing a significant transformation, driven by changing work dynamics and the increasing preference for flexible working arrangements. Incuspaze’s acquisition of iKeva is a testament to the company’s commitment to staying at the forefront of this dynamic market. With a focus on cost efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence, Incuspaze is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for coworking spaces and achieve its ambitious growth targets.
