New Delhi – Incuspaze, India’s leading workspace solution provider, has announced the acquisition of VSKOUT, a B2B SaaS solution offering curated data analytics for commercial real estate (CRE). This strategic move aims to enhance and integrate high-tech capabilities, providing advanced solutions for the real estate sector.

Founded in 2016, VSKOUT has established itself as a trusted name in real estate data services, known for its proprietary analytics tools, data mapping capabilities, and deep insights into India’s commercial real estate landscape. Combining Incuspaze’s expansive pan-India footprint, which spans 50 locations and over 4 million square feet, with VSKOUT’s institutional-grade real estate intelligence, the newly merged entity is set to redefine how Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and enterprises approach growth, site selection, and strategy.
