IndiQube Secures ₹54 Crore Workspace Deal for 1,140 Seats in Pune
IndiQube Spaces Limited, a leading co-working space operator, has announced a major workspace leasing agreement with a prominent Global Capability Centre (GCC) client in Pune. The deal, valued at ₹54 crore, involves leasing 1,140 seats at the company’s IndiQube Orchid property in Yerwada for a five-year term.
According to a statement issued on March 20, the GCC client has chosen to lease the space for a period of five years. The company did not disclose the identity of the client, but it emphasized the growing importance of GCCs in their portfolio.
Rishi Das, co-founder of IndiQube, highlighted the evolving role of GCCs in the modern business landscape. 'Over the last few years, we have seen GCCs evolve into strategic hubs that drive innovation and deliver global outcomes. Today, nearly 40% of our client portfolio comprises GCCs. What is becoming increasingly evident is their growing preference for partners like IndiQube, to whom they can fully outsource their workspace requirements,' he said.
Meghna Agarwal, another co-founder of IndiQube, emphasized the company's ability to tailor workspace environments to meet the specific needs of GCC clients.
