Jaipur Gems’ Siddhartha Sacheti Acquires Rs 160-Crore Duplex in Mumbai’s Three Sixty West

Siddhartha Sacheti, the chief executive and creative director of Jaipur Gems, has made a significant investment in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market. He has purchased two ultra-luxury apartments at the prestigious Three Sixty West project in Worli, Mumbai, for a total of Rs 160 crore.

Located on the 51st and 52nd floors, each apartment spans 6,130 square feet and is priced at Rs 80 crore. Together, the two units come with 10 car parking slots. The transactions were registered on October 16, according to data sourced from real estate analytics firm Zapkey, as reported by Hindustan Times. It is expected that the two units will be merged to form a spacious duplex residence.

Three Sixty West, developed by Oberoi Realty Ltd, has quickly become one of Mumbai’s most sought-after luxury addresses. The project has attracted a steady stream of high-profile buyers, including industrialists, startup founders, and well-known entrepreneurs. This significant purchase by Siddhartha Sacheti further cements the project’s reputation as a prime location for luxury living.

Jaipur Gems, founded in 1974, is a renowned luxury jewellery house known for its handcrafted designs that blend traditional artistry with contemporary aesthetics. The Sacheti family, which owns and runs the brand, has built a strong legacy in India’s fine jewellery industry over several generations. The acquisition of the duplex in Three Sixty West is a testament to the family’s continued success and their commitment to luxury and quality.

In a separate development, Indian actor Sonu Sood, along with his son Eshaan Sood, has purchased a land in Shirdon, Panvel Taluka, for Rs 1.05 crore. The land, with a total area of 0.0650 hectares (approximately 777 square yards), was registered in October 2025. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs 6.3 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Additionally, in August 2025, Sonu Sood’s son Eshaan Sood purchased an apartment in Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs 2.6 crore. The apartment has a RERA carpet area of 83.61 square meters (approximately 900 square feet) and a total built-up area of 100.37 square meters (approximately 1,080 square feet). The deal incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs 15.60 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

These transactions highlight the growing trend of high-net-worth individuals investing in premium real estate properties, both in urban and suburban areas. The demand for luxury properties continues to rise, driven by the desire for spacious, well-located, and high-quality living spaces.
