Veteran actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his family-owned firms—Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers—have sold a prime land parcel in Andheri, Mumbai, for Rs 855 crore. The deal involved two adjoining land parcels spanning 9,664.68 sq. mtrs. (~2.39 acres), currently housing Balaji IT Park. This includes three constructed buildings with a cumulative built-up area of 45,572.14 sq. mtrs. (~4.90 lakh sq. ft.). The sale attracted a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
