Jeetendra Sells Property Worth Rs 855 Crore to NTT Global Data Centers

Bollywood star Jeetendra and his family have sold land parcels and buildings in Andheri, Mumbai, to NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India for Rs 855 crore. The transaction included two adjoining parcels spanning a total area of 9,664.68 square metres.

The site currently houses Balaji IT Park and includes three constructed buildings with a cumulative built-up area of 45,572.14 square metres, according to property registration documents accessed through Square Yards. The deal incurred a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000, documents showed. According to estimates, NTT paid Rs 358 crore per acre for the land.

The rate paid by the company is higher than the market price of about Rs 150 crore per acre in Andheri and commercial prices of Rs 40,000 per sq ft, said some real estate consultants. The deal was done through Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers, firms owned by the actor and his family members.

NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India was formerly known as Netmagic IT Services. The company specializes in a range of services including public and private cloud solutions, hosting, data management, application development, threat monitoring, content delivery networks, and testing services and serves customers globally.

His daughter, Ekta Kapoor, is a well-known producer and director in Hindi television and film, currently serving as joint MD and creative head of Balaji Telefilms.
