She stated, 'The owner felt like a basketball enthusiast or Kevin Durant fan would be interested in owning a piece of history... The owner is expecting to have offers around $1 million.'

The luxurious townhouse is located just a short drive from the Paycom Center, where the Oklahoma City Thunder play their home games. The property spans three levels and has a total of 7,257 square feet, with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. According to Realtor.com, Durant purchased two three-story brownstones and combined them into a single residence. One townhouse was designed for private use, while the other was intended for entertaining guests.

The amenities in the home are truly top-notch, including a large sauna, a home theatre, and a billiard room. Durant's attention to detail is evident in the remodeled features, such as extra-large showers and bathtubs, designed to accommodate his tall frame comfortably.

Durant joined the San Francisco Golden State Warriors in 2016, after retiring his OKC Thunder uniform. Before leaving Oklahoma City, he listed his renovated residences for $1.5 million. The current listing agent, Leasha Larkpor, expects offers around $1 million, aligning with the price Durant sold the property for in 2016.
