Kinshuk Shrivastava Appointed Cluster Director of Revenue for Novotel Pune and Novotel Imagica

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kinshuk Shrivastava as the Cluster Director of Revenue, overseeing Novotel Pune Nagar Road and Novotel Imagica Khopoli.

With over a decade of experience in revenue strategy and hotel operations, Kinshuk brings deep expertise in forecasting, competitive benchmarking, data analytics, and yield management. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth and optimizing business performance across both properties.

Prior to this, Kinshuk was the Cluster Revenue Manager at Hyatt Pune and Hyatt Place Pune. His past experiences include key roles at Novotel Ahmedabad, Hyatt Place Hyderabad, Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, The Leela Ambience Gurugram, Le Meridien Jaipur, and Vivanta by Taj – Surajkund. His extensive background in the hospitality industry equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the market and customer preferences.

Kinshuk holds a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Meerut, and is also Tableau Desktop Qualified with certifications in data science foundations. His analytical approach, coupled with a collaborative leadership style, positions him well to enhance the commercial success of both Novotel Pune Nagar Road and Novotel Imagica Khopoli.
