Kolte-Patil Developers Appoints New CEO, Rahul Talele Steps Down
Rahul Talele, CEO of Kolte-Patil Developers, has resigned to pursue professional goals outside the organization, and Atul Bohra will take over as the new CEO.

Atul Bohra, a chartered accountant and former CFO of Kolte-Patil Developers, will replace Talele. Bohra has worked with Kolte-Patil Developers in different roles from 2012 to 2023, during which he also served as the Group CFO. Before joining Kolte-Patil Developers as a Group CEO, Bohra briefly took on the role of a Regional Business Head at a leading real estate company.
