Item-2 is 20 Sq Yards of land towards the North to Southern part (with a 5 feet passage) out of a total of 300 Sq yards, situated at the same location, in the name of Mr. Bagadi Mohanarao @Bhagavathi Mohanarao. It is bounded by the house of Nambala Lakshmi (East), the 140 Sq yards of the donee's site (South), property of Bhagavathi Govindu and Satyanarayana (West), and a 30 feet wide road (North). The reserve price is INR 63,00,000.00 and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is INR 6,30,000.00.
