Landmark Group to Invest ₹400 Crore in New Gurugram Housing Project
Realty firm Landmark Group is making a significant investment of ₹400 crore in the construction of its new housing project in Gurugram. The project, named 'Landmark SKYVUE', will feature 240 apartments spread over a 4-acre land parcel located in Sector 103, which is part of the Dwarka Expressway area in Gurugram.
Landmark Group Chairman Sandeep Chillar announced the investment during a press briefing. “We will invest ₹400 crore on construction of our new project 'Landmark SKYVUE',” Chillar stated. The company has owned the land parcel since 2009 and has completed all necessary approval and payment processes with the government.
The construction of the project will be funded through a combination of internal accruals, bank loans, and advances from customers against sales. Landmark Group aims to offer apartments in the price range of ₹5-7 crore per unit, with the launch price set at ₹17,500 per square foot.
Chillar emphasized the strong demand in the Gurugram market, attributing it to ongoing infrastructure projects, particularly the opening of the Dwarka Expressway. This infrastructure development has significantly enhanced the connectivity and attractiveness of the area, making it a desirable location for residential projects.
Landmark Group has a proven track record in the real estate sector, having successfully delivered 15 housing and five commercial projects, primarily in the Delhi-NCR region. The company’s experience and reputation are expected to contribute to the success of the 'Landmark SKYVUE' project.
