L&T Secures Mega Real Estate Projects in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Karnataka
Larsen & Toubro's Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has secured multiple 'Large' category orders worth Rs 2,500-5,000 crore from a real estate client for landmark projects across Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Karnataka, the company announced on May 7, 2026.
The Hyderabad project features the design and construction of 10 high-rise residential towers reaching 180 metres with 55 floors each, plus two basements and two clubhouses. This ambitious development aims to provide residents with premium living spaces and recreational facilities, setting new standards in residential real estate.
In Mumbai's Worli, L&T will build the RCC shell and core of a luxury residential tower soaring 260 metres across 63 floors with five basements. This project is poised to become a landmark in the city, offering unparalleled views and luxurious amenities to its residents.
The Karnataka order covers the construction of residential villas, a luxury hotel, and ancillary structures. L&T will handle RCC shell, core construction, and associated finishes, ensuring that the project meets the highest standards of quality and design.
L&T's B&F vertical brings extensive EPC expertise across residential, commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, data centres, and industrial facilities including automobiles, renewables, chemicals, and food processing. The $32 billion multinational emphasizes technology, AI-driven execution, and customer-centric delivery across eight decades of leadership.
The company did not disclose exact contract values or client identity, maintaining a focus on the technical and operational aspects of these significant projects.
