The shares of the prominent real estate developer, Lodha Developers Ltd, rose up to 5 percent in today’s trading session after the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Maharashtra government worth Rs 30,000 crore. The ‘20:20’ action plan targets 20 percent CAGR in pre-sales, growing from Rs 176 bn in FY25 to Rs 500 bn by FY31, alongside a sixfold rise in annuity income to Rs 15 bn. With a net debt ceiling of 0.5x D/E, the plan aims for 20 percent RoE and strong embedded EBITDA margins.
