Logitech Electronics India Secures New Office Space in Mumbai's BKC
NEW DELHI: Logitech Electronics India, a leading technology company, has leased a commercial office space at the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai. The lease agreement, facilitated by Volney and Narains Corporate, involves a total rental outgo of approximately ₹4 crore over a five-year period.
The company has taken on lease Unit No. 407 on the fourth floor of Trade Centre, a Grade A commercial property developed by Wadhwa Developers. The leased premises have a carpet area of approximately 2,010 sq ft. The lease agreement includes a lock-in period of five years with an annual rental escalation of 5%.
According to the document shared by Volney, the monthly rent for the office space is ₹6.03 lakh, and the security deposit stands at ₹81 lakh. Over the lock-in period, the total rental commitment is estimated at around ₹4 crore.
