Mahindra Lifespace Developers to Revitalize Two Residential Projects in Mumbai
Chennai, Sep 16 (UNI) Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has been chosen as the partner for two society redevelopment projects in Chembur, Mumbai. The combined gross development potential of these projects is approximately Rs 1,700 crore, according to the company.
The two societies span about 2.6 acres and 1.8 acres respectively. The redevelopment will deliver well-planned homes, designed with a focus on sustainability, modern amenities, and connectivity. This initiative aims to enhance the living standards and overall value of the area.
