Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has been selected as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of four residential societies in Malad (West), Mumbai. The project, spread across approximately 1.65 acres, offers a development potential of ₹800 crore.
Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer (Residential) of MLDL, stated, 'This project aligns with our strategy of deepening our presence in established micromarkets, enabling us to leverage economies of scale and enhance project efficiencies.'
In a separate regulatory filing, MLDL informed that it has acquired 13.46 acres of land in the premier neighborhood of Nande-Mahalunge in Pune. This land is estimated to yield a development potential of ₹3,500 crore.
