NAREDCO NextGen Launches Dubai Study Tour 2025 for Emerging Real Estate Leaders
NAREDCO NextGen successfully organised an international Study Tour to Dubai from 24th to 26th November 2025, under the leadership of Mr. Ravikanth Reddy, President, NAREDCO NextGen. The initiative aimed to offer global exposure, practical learning, and international market insights to India’s emerging real estate leaders. The study tour saw the active participation of over 25 NextGen members from across India, making it a dynamic and impactful learning experience.
The tour commenced with a highly productive visit to the Big 5 Exhibition, the world’s leading event for the construction and building industry. Members explored cutting-edge construction technologies, global innovations, and emerging trends shaping the future of real estate and infrastructure. The visit provided valuable exposure to sustainable materials, smart construction solutions, and next-generation building practices.
On Day 2, the delegation undertook an in-depth guided study tour of the Sobha Realty Hartland Project in Dubai. Members experienced Sobha’s world-class construction quality, visionary master planning, and innovative development practices that set global benchmarks in real estate excellence. The visit offered insights into premium craftsmanship, integrated design approaches, and modern construction methodologies, enhancing participants’ understanding of international development standards and future-ready building practices.
The day also featured an immersive visit to the Champion Infratech – Lagoon Project, where members explored large-scale lagoon community development, advanced infrastructure planning, and next-generation urban living concepts. The experience highlighted innovative approaches to integrated community development and lifestyle-centric urban ecosystems.

Day 3 of the NAREDCO NextGen Dubai Study Tour 2025 featured an insightful and interactive session by Mr. Umar Bin Farooq, Founder & CEO, One Broker Group. The session focused on development opportunities across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use segments in Dubai, along with practical guidance on land sourcing, permissions, approvals, RERA and regulatory frameworks, financing avenues in UAE real estate for developers and homebuyers, joint development and investment opportunities, and emerging prospects for Indian developers in the Dubai market, making it a day filled with knowledge, strategy, and cross-border real estate insights.
The tour concluded with a Developer Masterclass by Manzil Asset Management, offering participants a simplified and practical understanding of the Dubai Government Master Plan and real market opportunities. The masterclass covered the identification of priority development zones, opportunities across residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and emerging asset classes, guidance on land sourcing, licensing, approvals, and regulatory pathways, along with deep insights into development financing, fund movement, structuring, and JV models.
The masterclass featured a panel of industry specialists, including developers, land licensing experts, financial advisors, and market strategists, delivering practical, real-world knowledge for participants.
