Nashik's Eastern Ring Road to Unlock 2,000 Acres for Housing

The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has finalised the alignment of Nashik's 28-km eastern ring road, a project expected to unlock over 2,000 acres for residential and logistics development. The corridor will connect the Nashik-Trimbakeshwar highway with the Sinnar-Shirdi road, significantly improving access to the city's eastern periphery.
Key Growth Areas
Developers are eyeing the Satpur, Ambad and Dindori fringe areas as prime beneficiaries. These zones, currently on the outskirts, are likely to see a surge in land prices and new housing supply as the road takes shape. The improved connectivity is expected to make these locations attractive for both end-users and investors.
Project Timeline
The ring road is slated for completion by 2027. Once operational, it will decongest Nashik's core city traffic and provide a seamless link for commuters and freight movement. For property buyers, this early phase offers a window to invest in upcoming residential corridors before prices firm up.
