Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025: A Futuristic Showcase of Diverse Real Estate Options
The Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025, themed “Navi Mumbai: Runway to the Future,” opened on December 12 at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre in Vashi. This four-day event presents an expansive range of properties priced between Rs 15 lakh and Rs 20 crore across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The expo has drawn significant attention for its innovative themes and immersive visitor experience.
Guests enter through a striking airport-style replica, setting the tone for the expo’s futuristic concept. Several major developers have embraced creative themes, designing their pavilions around inspirations such as airports, Egyptian royalty, and high-end luxury homes.
Among the standout participants is EV Homes, which built a full-scale model of a domestic aircraft to showcase its focus on hospitality and customer experience. “We want visitors to feel Navi Mumbai’s warmth and explore our projects, which range from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 3 crore,” said Ricki Thomas, Vice President – Strategic Investments, EV Homes. The company is offering both budget and premium residential units in locations including Pushpak Nagar, Kharghar, Nerul, Ghatkopar, Vashi, and Koparkhairane, along with complimentary home appliances—air conditioners, refrigerators, and kitchen gadgets—on every booking.
Another major attraction is the Paradise Group pavilion, dramatically themed around Egyptian Queen Cleopatra, offering visitors a glimpse into ancient royal grandeur. The developer announced four new launches at the event—three residential projects and one commercial. Highlighting their premium offering, Chairman Madhu Bathija said, “We have launched our super-luxury 4BHK project in Kharghar, spanning 6,000 sq ft and with private swimming pools in each apartment. Each bedroom of this apartment is about 1000 sq ft.”
Beyond real estate developers, companies specialising in modern construction technology are also showcasing their solutions. Sakshi Chaskar from SB Solutions shared, “Aluminium Formwork technology can reduce the casting time of a slab from 12–15 days to just 7–8 days, effectively cutting project timelines in half for large developments.”
The expo continues to draw crowds with its blend of innovation, luxury, and futuristic presentation. It is a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the diverse real estate options in Navi Mumbai and the surrounding areas.
