Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025: Massive Footfall and Strong Sales
The Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025 continued to draw massive crowds on its second day, as thousands of homebuyers visited the CIDCO Exhibition Centre in Vashi to explore attractive real estate opportunities. The three-day exhibition, which concludes on December 15, has emerged as a key destination for property seekers due to substantial discounts, exclusive booking offers, and innovative incentives introduced by leading developers.
Visitors enthusiastically availed themselves of time-bound offers, with many finalising bookings for both mid-segment and premium residential projects. Developers have gone all out to attract buyers by offering ready-to-move-in homes with furnished interiors, flexible payment plans, and exclusive exhibition-only benefits. One of the most eye-catching offers came from the Emperia Group, which announced a unique incentive of 2 Gunthas of land free with every flat booked during the exhibition.
The Emperia Group is showcasing a diverse portfolio of residential projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), catering to buyers with varying budgets. Property prices range from Rs 30 lakh to Rs 4.5 crore, making the group appealing to first-time buyers as well as high-end investors. “Our focus has always been on delivering luxury at an affordable price. At our Pushpaknagar project, 1BHK apartments are available from Rs 30 lakh, while we also have premium developments in Ghatkopar, Koparkhairane, and Turbhe,” said Dhiraj Manjeri, Founder and Managing Director of Emperia Group.
Manjeri further highlighted the group’s tradition of offering value-driven gifts to its customers during the expo. He recalled that last year’s buyers were given one kilogram of silver, which has since appreciated significantly. “This year, we decided to give plots to our customers booking homes at the exhibition, and the response has been extremely positive,” he added.
The expo features well-designed pavilions and lifestyle-driven presentations, with developers showcasing modern amenities, sustainable designs, and future-ready infrastructure. The response from buyers has been encouraging across all price segments. “There is strong interest in every category. While several buyers are closing deals immediately, many others are planning site visits before finalising their bookings,” said an official from Paradise Group.
Developers are also actively addressing buyer concerns about locations perceived as distant, such as Kharghar, Taloja, and Pushpaknagar, highlighting the infrastructure growth and civic facilities available in these areas. Satyam Developers, for instance, is presenting a wide range of residential options in Kharghar and Upper Kharghar, ranging from budget-luxury homes to super-luxury apartments priced between Rs 45 lakh for a 1BHK and Rs 6 crore for high-end residences.
“Kharghar is among the best-planned nodes of Navi Mumbai. It offers a golf course, reputed educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and excellent connectivity. It is one of the most promising locations, and buyers should visit both the exhibition and our project sites to understand the true value of affordable luxury,” said Karan Gulati, Managing Director of Satyam Developers.
Despite growing interest in emerging nodes, many visitors expressed a preference for premium housing in established areas like Vashi and Nerul. “We are looking for a 2BHK in Vashi within a Rs 2 crore budget with good amenities. A clear-title property in a developed locality is more important to us than luxury homes in far-off areas,” said Henkel Dhawad, a Vashi resident attending the expo.
With strong footfall, on-the-spot bookings, and competitive offers, the Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025 has reaffirmed its importance as a dynamic platform connecting developers and homebuyers.
