Navi Mumbai's 24th Property Exhibition Kicks Off at CIDCO, Attracts Large Crowd
The 24th Property Exhibition organized by CREDAI BANM (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India, Navi Mumbai Chapter) opened with great enthusiasm at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, on Friday. The event, which showcases a diverse array of residential and commercial real estate projects from across Navi Mumbai and its neighboring regions, attracted a significant number of visitors and industry participants on its first day.
The exhibition was officially inaugurated by Navi Mumbai Municipal Commissioner Kailas Shinde and Somnath Kekne, Assistant Town Planner of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC). During the inauguration, the dignitaries emphasized the crucial role of organized real estate platforms in guiding homebuyers and fostering transparent development in the rapidly growing Navi Mumbai region. The venue was bustling with activity from early morning, indicating a strong and sustained interest in the city’s evolving property market.
Former Airoli MLA Sandeep Naik also graced the exhibition on its opening day. He engaged with developers and exhibitors, assessing the various projects on display. Naik expressed his satisfaction with the high level of participation and the positive response from prospective buyers. Adding a touch of glamour to the event, popular television actress Prarthana Behere, known for her role in the hit serial Pavitra Rishta, visited the exhibition.
