NCCCL Secures ₹112.5 Crore Contract from Lodha Developers for Alibaug Project
The New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd (NCCCL) has received a significant order valued at ₹112.5 crore from Lodha Developers Ltd to undertake construction activities. This contract adds another milestone to the company's rapidly growing order book and further strengthens its long-standing association with one of India's leading real estate developers.
In a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges and an official statement, NCCCL announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for the development of Tower 1 along with associated non-tower ancillary structures at a residential development project in Alibaug, near Mumbai. The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process, highlighting NCCCL's execution capabilities and competitive positioning in the construction sector.
The project involves a built-up area of 7.26 lakh square feet, with the contract value estimated at ₹112.5 crore, plus GST. Construction at Alibaug is expected to commence around the middle of January 2026 and is anticipated to be completed within 24 months.
Lodha Developers' broader strategy includes expanding its footprint in premium residential destinations beyond the core urban areas of Mumbai. Alibaug has emerged as a preferred second-home and luxury residential market, driven by improved connectivity, lifestyle demand, and proximity to Mumbai. This project is part of Lodha Developers' efforts to capitalize on the growing interest in such locations.
This is NCCCL’s third major project with the Lodha Group. Previously, the company successfully completed a significant residential project at Palava, involving around 13 lakh square feet of construction work in 11 towers. Additionally, NCCCL has completed another commercial project for Lodha Developers at Thane. The repeat order underscores the trust Lodha Developers has in NCCCL’s construction capabilities.
