On Friday, Margale’s family met Maharashtra Higher Education Minister Chandrakant Patil, seeking justice and financial help. The minister contacted Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 3) Sambhaji Kadam and instructed him to ensure a thorough and transparent investigation.
“We received audio-visual complaints from the victim’s relatives and have registered a case accordingly,” said DCP Kadam. He confirmed that the minister called for details and was briefed on the matter. The police are committed to conducting a fair and transparent investigation to bring the guilty to justice and provide the necessary support to the victim’s family.

Her absence from the car at the time of the accident has been confirmed by the police, which may help in clarifying the circumstances surrounding the incident. The family of the injured driver, Samaji Margale, continues to seek justice and financial assistance to manage the medical expenses and other related costs.
The community and local authorities are working together to ensure that the investigation proceeds smoothly and that all parties receive the support they need.
