Puravankara Limited plans to launch 30 new projects across South India and Mumbai over the next 24 months, covering 51.14 million sq. ft. and a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding Rs 55,000 crores. Financial Highlights: The revenue from operations grew by 236 percent to Rs 1,069 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 318 crore in Q3 FY25, and EBIDT grew by 1,267 percent to Rs 219 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 16.0 crore in Q3 FY25. Accompanied by a net profit growth of 164 percent to Rs 58.3 crore in Q3 FY26 from a loss of Rs 92.6 crore in Q3 FY25, resulting in an EPS growth of 165 percent to Rs 2.53 per share in Q3 FY26.
