Salman Khan Sells 1318 Sqft Mumbai Bandra Apartment for Rs. 5.35 Crore
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has sold one of his residential properties in Mumbai for Rs. 5.35 crore. The transaction, recorded in July 2025, was revealed through property registration documents available on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra, and reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards.
The apartment is located in Shiv Asthan Heights, a well-known residential complex in Bandra West—an upscale and high-demand locality in Mumbai. The property spans a built-up area of 122.45 square meters (approximately 1,318 square feet) and comes with the added benefit of three dedicated car parking spaces. As per the registration details, the sale involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 32.01 lakh and registration fees amounting to Rs. 30,000. Salman Khan is currently living in Galaxy Apartment, which is also situated in Bandra, Mumbai.
