Saumya Saxena Elected Vice President of Design & Product at Max Estates Ltd.
Delhi, India, June 2026 — Saumya Saxena has been appointed as the Vice President – Design & Product at Max Estates Ltd. Saxena has been an integral part of Max Estates for over four years, contributing significantly to the company’s design strategy, product innovation, architectural planning, and customer experience.
In her new capacity, Saxena will lead the Design & Product function at Max Estates, overseeing product innovation, architectural design, and customer experience across a development portfolio of 18 million square feet. Prior to this promotion, she served as AVP – Head of Design & Product at Max Estates Ltd. Earlier, she held the position of Head of Design & Product, where she played a crucial role in shaping the company’s design-led real estate development approach and enhancing its product experience strategy.
Before joining Max Estates, Saxena worked at Godrej Properties Limited as Senior Manager – Design Strategy, where she was instrumental in design planning and real estate product strategy. Her career also includes positions as Design Consultant and Assistant Professor at the School of Architecture & Planning, Senior Architect at Kanvinde Rai & Chowdhury, and Project Architect at Neev Architects Interiors & Urban Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
With her extensive expertise in architectural design, product development, customer experience, and real estate design strategy, Saxena is poised to drive Max Estates’ next phase of growth and innovation.
