Playback singer Shreya Ghoshal, along with her mother Shamishtha Ghoshal and father Biswajit Ghoshal, has purchased a premium apartment in Worli, Mumbai, for ₹29.70 crore, as per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
According to IGR property registration records, the apartment is situated in Godrej Trilogy, Worli. The property spans a carpet area of 2,430.06 sq ft (225.76 sq m) and a total area of 2,750.28 sq ft (255.51 sq m), complete with three car parking spaces. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.78 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000, and was registered on April 1, 2026.
Worli, a central Mumbai locality, has emerged as a hotspot for luxury real estate projects, following the trend set by South Mumbai, Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, and Bandra.
