Shreya Ghoshal Invests in ₹20.88 Crore Luxury Apartment for Parents in Mumbai's Santacruz West

Singer Shreya Ghoshal is making headlines not just for her music but also for her growing real estate investments. As Bollywood celebrities continue to invest heavily in premium properties, Shreya Ghoshal is clearly keeping pace. According to property registration documents accessed via CRE Matrix, the singer, along with her parents Sharmistha Ghoshal and Biswajit Ghoshal, has purchased a luxurious apartment in Mumbai for ₹20.88 crore.

The newly acquired apartment is located in the upscale locality of Santacruz West, within a residential project named ‘Vayu’ on Sarojini Road. The property was reportedly purchased from Om Developers Realty. Situated on an upper floor, the apartment boasts a carpet area of 2,601 square feet, along with an additional 299-square-foot balcony, bringing the total usable space close to 2,900 square feet.

The deal also includes three dedicated car parking spaces, adding to the premium nature of the purchase. The transaction was officially registered on April 24, 2026, with a stamp duty of ₹1.25 crore already paid. Interestingly, this is the third property acquisition by the Ghoshal family in the last three months. Earlier in April, they reportedly purchased two luxury apartments in Worli for approximately ₹60 crore.

These apartments are part of the high-end residential project ‘Godrej Trilogy,’ developed by Godrej Properties. According to registration documents accessed via Square Yards, one of these apartments features a carpet area of over 2,430 square feet and includes three parking spaces. The transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹1.78 crore and was registered on April 1, 2026.

CRE Matrix reports that the ‘Vayu’ project is a redevelopment of the former ‘Sukhada Bhavan,’ now being transformed into a modern residential complex in a prime Mumbai location. The project reflects the ongoing trend of redeveloping older properties into luxury housing in high-demand areas. As of now, neither Shreya Ghoshal nor Om Developers Realty has issued an official statement regarding the transaction. However, the documents confirm the details of the purchase, reinforcing her position among celebrities actively investing in premium real estate.
