The transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹1.78 crore and was registered on April 1, 2026.

CRE Matrix reports that the ‘Vayu’ project is a redevelopment of the former ‘Sukhada Bhavan,’ now being transformed into a modern residential complex in a prime Mumbai location. The project reflects the ongoing trend of redeveloping older properties into luxury housing in high-demand areas.
