The office is located in the Arc One building on Link Road, a well-known commercial stretch in Mumbai. Spread across 1,559 square feet, the space also comes with three parking spots, making it a practical and valuable asset, as per a report by HT. The buyer has been identified as Bilkish Associates Private Limited. The transaction was officially registered on 27 March 2026, with Sohail Khan paying a stamp duty of Rs 35.40 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

This isn’t an isolated deal. Over the past few months, several members of the Khan family have been actively involved in buying and selling properties across Mumbai, signaling a clear interest in real estate investments. Back in October 2025, Arpita Khan Sharma sold her luxurious apartment in Khar for Rs 22 crore. More recently, in February 2026, Arbaaz Khan made a purchase of his own. He bought an apartment worth Rs 2.78 crore in Jogeshwari West. Located on the 27th floor of the Autograph Residency building on Link Road, the apartment offers a carpet area of 1,243 square feet and includes two parking spaces.
