Suryakumar Yadav's Wife Devisha Acquires Luxurious Apartment in Mumbai for Rs 7.18 Crore

Devisha Yadav, the wife of India’s men's T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav, has purchased a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s Chembur area for Rs 7.18 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

The 1,516.20 square feet (140.86 square metre) property is located in Godrej Sky Terraces and the transaction was registered in February. This acquisition marks the third apartment the couple has bought in the building within a year.

The flat boasts a carpet area of 1,402 square feet (130.25 square metre) and comes with two parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs 35.90 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000, as per the documents. Devisha Yadav did not immediately respond to requests for comment; the story will be updated once a response is received.

In March 2025, Suryakumar and Devisha, who is an entrepreneur, trained classical dancer, and a dance coach, purchased two apartments in the same building for Rs 21.1 crore. This latest purchase further solidifies their investment in one of Mumbai’s most prestigious and well-connected suburbs.
